"4 day weekend!!!!!"

I am so happy right now. I just got off work and I have the next 4 days off. We are going to the water park tomorrow (Otter Beach in Corvallis) with BFF and Maddie. Saturday is a bridal shower for our little "Sunny D". I am so excited for her wedding. She deserves all of the happiness in the world. It will be a great party at BFF's house and we get to see little McLain (new baby of hot mamma Tara.) Yeah!!!!!!

Sunday I am going shopping with the girls that I work with at the salon at Washington Square, Portland. I love to shop. For makeup, clothes, shoes, purses, makeup, did I say makeup??

And eat at one of my favorite restaurants.............. I hope my weekend turns out as wonderful as it sounds!! Then I am taking off Monday to sleep in and spend the day with my kids. Maybe I will call a friend to get together with the kids? Kela???

Save the date. I am having a "purse party" on Friday, Aug. 22 @ my house (designer inspired). Anyone who is interested is invited. It's from 6:30-8:00. If you know me, you know where I live, if you need directions, ask. It's just a good excuse to get together, eat, drink and hang out!

"did you miss me?"

I have been gone from my blog for a week!! Hope everyone had a great and safe 4th of July. We went down to Creswell to the Bagenski's for the 4th. Had a BBQ with great food (no broken toes this year!!), fireworks and fun. The kids played "rockband" and rode down the big hill on a go- cart. Probably not the best idea, but everyone is still alive. Then we went to Newport the next day and night for fun. Ha ha. Didn't turn out to be fab, but was ok. Not really going there. Kids fighting, husband cranky, ate too much, didn't sleep, rained on us, need I say more?

I saw some jars like this at Target. They would look great with my seashells from Mexico and my rocks from Bandon. Pretty pricey for my budget though. Someday................
