This is definately something to think about often. I am reading Robin McGraw's book "Inside My Heart" and this really stuck out to me.


"You can't control other people. You cannot control what they say, what they think, or what they do. People have the right to think and say whatever they want to. But you have the right not to take it to heart, and not to react."
