Strawberries are the perfect fruit. They are my new "fav" snack right now. Just as they are. Not in a pie, or a trifle or on a cheesecake. Sweet, bright and juicy, just as they are. (now don't get me wrong, they are "delish" dipped in a little bit of chocolate!) My kids and I just had a big bowl as a snack. Yum...
